Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

I chose to book with Panache as their prices were slightly more competitive than other agents. In the last few days I have booked two river cruises with Panache on different cruise lines. Victoria has been very helpful resolving a few issues with one of the cruise lines and Scot has efficiently made the second reservation in a professional and friendly manner.
