Oxygen Hawkes Bay
Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

My experience with my property manager
My experience with my property manager, Lindsey Hambleton has been by far amazing. She is professional, respectful and communicates with us about anything we need to know. Anything i need done, reporting maintenance issues are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner, and I'm always kept informed. Oxygen has one of the best P'Ms i know, great team and service. Keep up the good work 🤗

Just the best
Denise Lardelli has been the property ,manager for my two studio apartments near the Basin Reserve for the apts seven years or so. Denise has been absolutely marvelous, great in communicating, keeping a watchful eye on the studios with maintenance and the conditions of each, and wonderful at finding the right tenants, rather than taking the first applicants' to apply. I am most appreciative of her input!

We had a problem with our supply of hot…
We had a problem with our supply of hot water at our property. I informed our Property Manager who requested maintenance on the same day. When the issue was not resolving she requested further assistance from the plumbing services and kept us informed of the plan moving forward. We felt reassured and knew that the issue would get resolved. My further issues regarding an issue stemming from the initial problem was dealt with almost immediately without any issues. It was extremely appreciated.
