I had an amazing experience with Overclockers UK, there was an issue when delivering my parcel that was quickly sorted out by multiple people from the customer service team! Not only that but the product I bought is great too!

Overall the experience was ok. Website is decent and products arrived but way past the expected delivery date. 5-7 working days was the suggested timescale but 8 days in and I hadn’t even received an email with an update. Eventually got a tracking number but spent a further 3 days waiting to be given to Royal Mail so it appears they created a dispatch notice without any intention of actually dispatching the product. Finally arrived but will now be returned as I had to make other arrangements. If you’re after a delivery within 2 weeks I wouldn’t get your hopes up.

Exemplary service. Ordered on the Sunday before a bank holiday and received Mach 1.1 before 12pm on the Tuesday. Expert packaging, strong robust outer, everything was top notch. With a mini bag of haribo in the box too! Highly recommend them to anyone.

Very good product for this price

Ordered my new PC on Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday. Really fast service. ThePC itself looks great with really good cable management and it's fast, so far every game I've thrown at it has run perfectly.
