Osmio Fusion changed my life!

After using the Osmio Fusion Reverse Osmosis System for six months, I feel confident sharing an honest and impartial review — and in short, this system has completely transformed our daily life. Having spent a lifetime drinking hard tap water in the South East of England, I never knew what I was missing. Avoid this company.

I bought an RO machine with a built-in water boiler (meant to replace my kettle). Unfortunately, the boiler didn’t reach the advertised temperatures, so I contacted the company to request a refund. I was made to prove the issue myself and had to purchase a thermometer just to show the machine wasn’t performing as claimed. The company initially approved the return, but later backtracked, claiming that because the machine had been used, I wasn’t entitled to a refund—only an exchange. Thankfully, I bought it through Klarna and have now escalated the case. Honestly, if I hadn’t used Klarna, I don’t know what I would have done. A terrible experience overall. There are plenty of other companies offering RO filters with better service—if you’re in the same boat, I strongly recommend going with someone else.

Generally I find their customer service…

I recently had a very negative experience with Osmio regarding one of their showerheads. The product itself developed faults within1-2 years of purchase, they dont make clear their warranty period and when I contacted customer service, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Instead of offering a reasonable solution like a replacement for the faulty product, they suggested I purchase additional parts at my own expense. When I challenged this, they essentially threatened me with no resolution at all. This experience, combined with the numerous other negative reviews I've read online, leads me to believe that Osmio has serious issues with both product quality and customer service. Their unprofessional approach and lack of concern for customer satisfaction are deeply concerning. I would strongly advise against purchasing any products from Osmio. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better quality, better service, and a genuine commitment to their customers. I suggest any consumers with issues with this company please take it up legally especially if you have sent hundreds of pounds

I bought Osmio gravity filter.In the first month the ceramic filters started to turn green- algie grew as is glass.I didn't know this at all. In 2 months the filters were dark green.It looked discusting to drink. The Osmio customer service just told me that they have discribed on their website that discolouration is possible.Did not give me new filters ,nor refund. I would not recommend. I got attracted to the glass aspect but didn't know filter would be green.Disapointed as is not cheap.

What a Fiasco

I sadly chose Osmio as the best company to buy a Hydrogen water bottle from. What a mistake. After spending £180 for the newest model it arrived and was defective. I called the 'customer service' for help and advice - was met with a rude person who couldn't' wait to get off the phone. She insisted I take a video of my thumb on the start button with nothing happening. I did as I was bid..... eventually I received a reluctant agreement this unit was defective. They sent a label for return........ later that day I received an email saying that was the wrong label......the next day I received another email saying wrong label again. I am waiting for Royal Mail to pick up the return........ and have asked for a full refund. Hopefully this will be given without further ado....... ?? Will update this review about that.

Disappointing customer service

Having had an osmio for about 3 years I came to change the new filters, one of them is what I would call faulty as it won't go into the machine like the ones I have used before. I messaged osmio and was told to watch a video (I've been using these filters for 3 yrs!) and try again, I can see the problem is too large a head on the filter but they want a video of me putting the filter in. How do you video and put a filter in that takes two hands! Totally disappointed since I have offered to return the faulty filter for a new one.

Beware of Osmio Water

I’ve had the worst experience with Osmio Water and strongly advise everyone to stay away from this cowboy business. They repackaged a used item and sold it as brand new! It was clear that the product had been tampered with, but they had the nerve to pretend it was new. Their customer service is nonexistent. They expect you to cover the cost of returns yourself. When I tried to return the faulty machine, they not only made the process extremely difficult by requiring me to follow10 silly steps, but they also had the audacity to charge me for a set of filters that they asked me to return. I’m sure that machine with its set of filters have been traveled through many households and will continue to do so if you ignore this warning. This company is a total scam—save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs!

At first it was all good, but then it fell apart

At first it was all good. Despite not being provided a plug and there being no charge cut off, I followed all the rules to the letter. Then from nowhere the red button of beeping death and the product stopped working. Not to worry, thinks I, I’ve paid top dollar for a quality item so support will be great. Not so much. Every excuse blaming me and not the product. What charger do I use? Please send a picture? From a generic plug to usb charger they determined it is the wrong one. I can buy a new battery apparently. Absolute rubbish. So disappointed as the bottles cost a fortune. If I were you I’d go elsewhere where you can get the same quality for less and, to be frank, the support can only be better than I have experienced.

Dental ro is not good enough.

Bought for my dental surgery. Cartridge needed replacing every month. Previous machine lasted 10-14 months before needing a change. Incoming water at 300ppm and using about 5L water per day

Excellent quality whole house water filter

Bought a whole house water filter from osmio water 1 year ago with one ceramic and one carbon filter and it works very well. The housing is a quality brand (from Italy I believe) and we don't have any chlorine taste or smell anymore. I can't comment on other impurities because I have not tested for this. It was easy to contact osmio waters by phone before my purchase, and I was given a long talk about my options regarding different filter systems. The price is very good. I would recommend.

Excellent service ;)

After several years of using the Osmio Zero 2.0 Reverse Osmosis System (Black), which I consider the best money spent, something had broken. The Osmio Consumer Services provided me with all the necessary information on how I can repair it myself and even offered a home service. I chose the option of repairing it myself, the video instructions were so understandable that I managed it without any problems. I am not an engineer by education; I am just a middle-aged woman looking for savings and would like to contribute to environmental protection. I replaced the pump supplied by Osmio myself, which I am very pleased with and only cost me £60. The Osmio company made a great impression on me. I wish there were more such companies. Five stars from me and I must admit that I am quite picky in my ratings. Thank you for a great product and excellent service Osmio ;) Kind regards Katarzyna

I own an Aquacure AC50 also and I use both machines..This machine exceeds every thing I could have ever expected, I use it every single day, all shoulder pain is gone now, Diabetic blood sugars have DRAMATICALL IMPROVED and my insulin intake needed as a type 1 has halved.... I BLOODY LOVE THIS MACHINE!! 10/10
