Colour discrepency
I recently purchased a 50mm x 5m Army Green Ratchet Tie Down Strap. Although the strap is correct, I particularly wanted the green for a project I am doing. The website says the colour may vary, which I accept, but I have received a blue strap, a completely different colour. This is not a variation and very misleading on the product description, which should read, colour may be different. I rang to talk to the company and the gentlemen was quite rude, really implying I was being stupid. He said if I wanted too, I could send it back for a refund, no offer of sending it back and them replacing it with a green strap. The delivery charge was £10.00 which is very expensive and I run my own company and know that they have made good money on this, so I am not going to pay this again, when I feel I have been totally misled.
