Ordered on a Saturday and paid £10 for next day delivery Items never arrived until the Wednesday, by which time it was far too late as the job needed completed sooner. No mention regarding weekend delivery being any different, now have a box of nuts and bolts and £10 down on delivery charge.

When I called with questions about the best fixings to use for a complicated DIY project (mounting a heavy shelf to a wall with fragile dry-lining) John (the owner) spent almost an hour with me helping to understand my project and suggest the best attachment options. Fantastic service in the store. If you do mail order and are not a fasteners expert look up the appropriate standard otherwise you might prefer the wrong thing! I did but as I did a pickup they corrected my mistake promptly. Fantastic.
