They deal with discrepancies promptly.
It may not be on this order but I received some channel nuts and one was M10 rather than M12. Also some of Orbital’s unistrut compatible products have different fixing centres but they gave me a refund on those. Obviously, it’s only an issue if you need the fixings to line up. Both issues were resolved quickly and without argument.
