Good stuff, good products, transparent shipping process

One of the items didn’t arrive although when I put in the order, the site said the “candy buttons” were in stock. To be honest, I wouldn’t have put in an order for the other items. I didn’t receive and email about this, just a phone message after the box arrived. Sounds silly, I know, but the kids were looking forward to the candy as part of our Seder.

I am a long time customer at Oh Nuts and I found the customer service really non existent and not caring or respectful of customers. I ordered two gifts for different friends/ family. In one case it was for my teenage daughters sick friend in hospital awaiting diagnosis and fifteen teens contributed to this gift in good faith. But oh nuts did not ship as promised or even responded to my emails except for an automated one which did not apologize for delays. Email said said when tracking is be available you can track? I am not sure why I as a customer should be accepting of delays due to holidays when there are no updates or apologies for not sticking to the time frame on ordering ? This is a huge company , it can do better! They have lost me if this is the service I get. In future I will support small businesses who promise same day delivery and actually are grateful for orders and fulfil them when promised. Tip : if you can’t guarantee delivery date it would be better to fix your shipping guarantee algorithm so that at least it’s accurate .. thanks

I will preface this evaluation by saying the recipients loved their Biscottis when they finally got them. The box of 18 were decorated beautifully. The first recipient found his in his locker of his apartment building. It was secured there as he was not home. The 2nd recipient, my doctor, never got her gift, even though you said it was delivered, so I purchased another one. She did get it the 2nd time, as we had it delivered to a more secure office, but I was appalled to see a photo of where the delivery person left it. It was left outside her office next to a trash can. Anyone passing by could have helped themselves as what I believe happened to the first gift. Delivery people need to be told not to leave packages in front of doors in public buildings. I called and spoke to your associate and explained the situation. I wanted her to show good faith for your company and refund me for the first gift my doctor never received. She got off the phone and promised to call me back so she could research it some more, but that was last week, and I have not heard a peep from her. Can someone please contact me?
