Oh Nuts don’t care about customers
I am a long time customer at Oh Nuts and I found the customer service really non existent and not caring or respectful of customers. I ordered two gifts for different friends/ family. In one case it was for my teenage daughters sick friend in hospital awaiting diagnosis and fifteen teens contributed to this gift in good faith. But oh nuts did not ship as promised or even responded to my emails except for an automated one which did not apologize for delays. Email said said when tracking is be available you can track? I am not sure why I as a customer should be accepting of delays due to holidays when there are no updates or apologies for not sticking to the time frame on ordering ? This is a huge company , it can do better! They have lost me if this is the service I get. In future I will support small businesses who promise same day delivery and actually are grateful for orders and fulfil them when promised. Tip : if you can’t guarantee delivery date it would be better to fix your shipping guarantee algorithm so that at least it’s accurate .. thanks
