We chose a limited deal on a model that was advertised as being in stock with a short delivery date. The charger has been fitted and we sold our diesel car in preparation for the arrival of our new EV. So far the delivery date has been pushed out three times with no communication from Octopus. We only discover this information by checking the tracker. We have to chase Octopus each time to try and get an explanation and still waiting for a satisfactory one.
Honestly cannot fault this team, from Charlie in Sales to Lydia in after sales, they are just great. Thank you Team. I am one happy customer
Ali Husain made my experience seamless. Firstly I needed a car quickly due to having no transport, Ali got the wheels moving (pardon the pun) really quickly to the point he was chasing me to reply to emails from the delivery partner to make sure I didn't miss out on an early slot. I then needed help afterwards with my charging credit, he was all over it and made sure to get me an updated code so i could us the public charging network. Thanks so much Ali, keep up the good work!!!

My POC, Ri, provided me with fantastic communication for the process. Timely updates kept me in the loop and made sure I was fully prepared for the delivery of my vehicle. Even after delivery was complete I still received very personal service which was greatly appreciated. A really pleasant and professional, personal experience.

Selecting the right car was easy from the portal, allowing me to choose the right model and options. Pricing was clear with a full breakdown of the offer and what was included. Ordering was just a matter of clicks, paperwork followed and was easy to complete and quickly processed. Delivery to my door was arranged but in the end I opted to collect the vehicle myself which gave me the opportunity of driving it home. The car was immaculate when I picked it up from Tesla. Francis at OctopusEV has been on hand to help from order to delivery and whenever I've had a query, has responded quickly and clearly. I had a camping trip booked requiring me to get an additional number plate for my camping trailer and Francis sent the required paperwork for me to do this by return email. I'm very pleased with the car and service provided and would recommend OctopusEV.

The whole process of getting my new EV through Octopus Electric Vehicles has been absolutely seamless! From the initial chat with one of their team to find out more, through the ordering process and keeping me up to date with waiting for delivery of my vehicle. Great service switching over to my 2nd Octopus EV. I was kept well informed of what was happening and both vehicles were delivered and collected as agreed. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful, particularly the Octopus representative that managed the change over for me.

So pleased we decided to lease an EV from Octopus. A little apprehensive about electric vehicles due to range etc but the car is amazing. Harry Rutland from the EV was amazing. Always there to answer any queries we had and kept us fully updated after we ordered our car. Put us at ease straight away. We find leasing much more convenient for us. A big thumbs up Octopus.
