The whole process of getting my new EV through Octopus Electric Vehicles has been absolutely seamless! From the initial chat with one of their team to find out more, through the ordering process and keeping me up to date with waiting for delivery of my vehicle. They were polite, available, quick, responsive - everything you would hope and want. Also the process of getting my charger installed at my home was equally as smooth. Would definitely recommend.
