Been customer for many years but recently problems with delivery today same problem can't deliver could be because if you live in Wales I order towels but there is delays on them no further date given. Time to shop elsewhere close my account

Gift delivery delayed, No notification of problem until 2 days after scheduled delivery
I ordered a gift for my sister's birthday. It was in stock when I ordered it. I chose it to be delivered the day before so it would be there in plenty of time. I only found out it hadn't got there as arranged when I checked whether she had received it on her birthday - the day after it should have arrived. Notification of a problem was not sent until the following day. She has the gift now, but it is disappointing it was not delivered at the correct time.

Lamp table is really nice
Lamp table is really nice, a little darker than the photo and dull, a little wax and polish will hopefully bring it up a bit. Bit wobbly and a small scratch as everything I seem to buy on line either next lately has - quality control needs looking at. Apart from the above nice table

I absolutely love Next products. I’m never disappointed but if I do ever need to return anything they make it so easy. Delivery is always fast. They sell most things I could need and my home is filled with gorgeous colours and textures and beautiful things. I get complimented a lot.
