The Worst Training Experience

I was having a Cisco Datacenter training with Netcom and it was the worst experience I ever had. Trainer was just reading the slides without putting any extra effort to explain things. No whiteboards, no extra materials for better understanding of concepts, didn't know where to emphasize and where to skim fast, no student engagement, he was just reading everything in the same neutral pace just for the sake of completing the formality of the training. The class became so exhausting and boring that even the trainer was yawning during his own lecture. It was a total waste of money and time.

I Was So Lost

This was my first introduction to Javascript, and I was totally lost. This webinar was definitely not geared towards beginners. I believe if I would have been a little bit more familiar and educated I would've gotten alot more from the webinar. Not discourage but just better prepared for next time.

JavaScript for Dummies

This class was equally as good as when I read HTML for Dummies years ago. Simple yet informative. Examples of code in Notepad++ saved and shown instantly in the browser, in multiple browsers. I left feeling like I could create a simple script right away. In the past I have copied java-scripts into my website in blind faith that they would do what the author explained and nothing more. Now I feel like I can at least look through the script and have a clue.

A very good overview of JavaScript

The overall webinar was very informative and covered an overall understanding of what JavaScript is, what it can do, and showed many examples of basic JavaScript functions. This would be a great introductory webinar and I hope for more in-depth webinars to cover each topic more in length. I will say though because of the amount of information being covered it did feel a bit rushed at times. A longer webinar time would have been nice just to accommodate everything being discussed.

JavaScript Web class

The presenter covered a lot but I was hoping the class would show some real world examples. How Java Script can change a web site depending on my selections. If I wanted to join and take your classes, I think it would have been better to show how easily and quickly I can use JavaScript on my web applications.

I Thought It Was A Terrific, Well Thought Out And Concise Overview.

I had a Javascript course over 8 years ago through another company. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to use Javascript since. For me, if I don't use it, I lose it. This was a terrific refresher course. In just one hour, the instructor gave the class enough basics that they could start using Javascript immediately. Thank you!
