The Worst Training Experience

I was having a Cisco Datacenter training with Netcom and it was the worst experience I ever had. Trainer was just reading the slides without putting any extra effort to explain things. No whiteboards, no extra materials for better understanding of concepts, didn't know where to emphasize and where to skim fast, no student engagement, he was just reading everything in the same neutral pace just for the sake of completing the formality of the training. The class became so exhausting and boring that even the trainer was yawning during his own lecture. It was a total waste of money and time.

Nice session, full of good tips

I would only underline that even though I understand to put the participant in mute, I have to admit it is cutting as much in interraction and while the session is remote, it is harder to focus on it. Also I felt like I was not shared the structure of the course, there was no agenda and I was unsure when we were changing topics. Though, the session was great and the topic well addressed. I had gained lots of tips and tricks out of it. Thank you very much for your time and the free offerings you are having.
