I was trying to sign as a co-signer and was denied. My credit score is around 800 but I got a letter saying there was a problem with it. The only problem I ever had was I filed for bankruptcy in September 1999.

GREAT CREDIT UNION to do business with

I opened an account and wished to deposit online. I did so signing the back of the check with deposit. It was refused and a specific script was requested which I cannot remember. I am discouraged.

Love the Corpus Christi branch as no matter who I get assistance from they are always kind and eager to help with your issues.

Took way too long. Documents needed had to be submitted multiple times sine the process took so long. Mailed important documents to an address I do not reside at. Had to pay to get them sent back to me.

I don"t think my interest rate was fair. I have a greater than 750 credit score on all three burea's.With no lates. I had to wait until the title arrived to me , but had began to recieve threatening letters regarding providing these documents to them. All corespondence seemed somewhat aggressive in tone.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and Andrea (processor) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and responsive. My closer- Jessica was outstanding as well. Oh, the notary was excellent as well!
