Very very good experience using Navy Federal Credit Union for my HELOC. Fast prompt responses and all done online. Would highly recommend using them for all you banking needs.

The entire process was easy. We thought we had plenty of time to close, but then had to bump closing up like 6 weeks. The team beat feet and got it done. Very impressive. Good communication also. This new purchase with Navy Fed was so smooth. Super impressed with Korina, LaTashia, and Jennifer. I hope upper management reads this and gives them a well deserved raise! If I knew all of the girls were in the same place, I’d send over some bourbon and flowers. Thanks for making this experience memorable!

I use their on-line banking and mobile app daily. They are easy-to-use, comprehensive, and intuitive. People on the phone and at their retail counter are also competent and courteous. Tried to remove money from atm and I never received my money it reflected in my account, when I filed a compliant they said it would take 45 days to process my money back to my account. They are quick to take money but not return

The customer service team is very good and efficient. Although I didn’t like having to drive an hour and 15 minutes to get to the brick and water once I got there, the customer service was really good and they were moving the customers fast because it was a lot of them.
