Ollie Dog Food

I got a great deal on my dog food and I continue to get great deals overtime. The staff is great and prompt at getting back to me when I have a question. This company definitely puts their customer first.

Ollie has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! I called because I wasn’t sure if my order went through. They quickly realized I was charged twice and processed a refund for me. They also saw that some items were left off my order so they placed another order for me and added 2 extra weeks of free food for the mishap. They are very kind and professional - so much so that my entire phone call was so pleasant I didn’t feel inconvenienced. These people are great!

My experience with Ollie is good. I have 3 dogs and it would be helpful if the packages were identified by dog. I order specifically for each dog. Customer service is excellent

I was under the impression my welcome package received extra products and Ashley came through with the receipts and dates of the promo’s validity. She kindly explained the promo for a certain extra had ended a few days prior to my order but made sure the valid product that was missing was to be shipped with my next box

Our companion Zoie loves Ollie. The first food I’ve found that she will consistently eat, even more than when I cooked for her.

Our chocolate Labrador puppy absolutely loves Ollie. The transition over from her puppy food to Ollie was smooth, she had no allergies or irritations going to human grade food. She gets so excited when she hears us open the Ollie container.

I requested smaller portions because my dog is gaining weight. Instead, I received larger portions.

Experience setting up dog plan for my three dogs was very simple and pleased with the meal choices. I like that I can change delivery date if find myself not needing the food. My dogs absolutely love the food and I love the packaging. I wish food was less expensive but does have free shipping.

Love Ollie's food. Especially my pup. Really like how they continue to check in on my dogs health such as weight, teeth, their poo looks good. Can email them if I have any concerns. Happy we are invested with Ollie's
