Ik had nog enkele vraagjes en via mail hebben ze alles perfect zelf voor mij geregeld. In de levering zat door onvoorziene omstandigheden een dag vertraging en dat hebben ze ook gemeld en daarvoor hun verontschuldigingen aangeboden. Allemaal top. Als deejay zal ik daar zeker in de toekomst meer bestellen.

defective instrument
Ordered a cheap bass, received a defective instrument. One of the tone pots was dead and the output was inconsistent. It says on their website that their staff checks every product before it is shipped, which is obviously not true because if someone had spent 30 seconds checking it they would've realised there's a problem. Didn't bother sending it back beacause I was planning on swapping out the pickups anyways. I will not order from this website again.

Schnell und Kundenorientiert…
Die Lieferzeit für die Fame Gitarre war sensationell und war definitiv eine 5 Sterne-Leistung. Samstag bestellt und Dienstag gegen 10:30 war das Instrument bei mir. Leider hatte die Gitarre auf der Decke kleine, aber störende Kratzer. Alles wieder eingepackt und zurückgeschickt. Die Kommunikation mit den Spezialisten aus dem Akustikgitarrenbereich war zeitnah und einwandfrei. Der Retourenprozess, Versand und Begutachtung dauerte ca. 1 Woche und seit ein paar Tagen habe ich das neue Instrument bei mir in der Sammlung und einen Riesenkarton im Keller. Musikstore ist absolut empfehlenswert.
