Je me suis trompée de guitare 🫣 du coup Music Store a annulé ma commande et jai pu recommander la bonne. Après un mail pour leur rappeler, ils m’ont remboursé la première. Ma guitare est arrivée assez vite, elle sonne super bien! Du coup je suis très contente de mon expérience, je recommanderais sur ce site honnête et sympathique.

Eigentlich habe ich meine Bestellung wieder zurückschicken müssen, weil es nicht die richtige Chormappe war. Aber die Prozesse sind alle gut gelaufen: Bestellung war problemlos. Die Lieferung war superschnell. Das Zurückschicken ging auch gut und schnell. Dass ich das falsche Produkt bestellt habe, lag einfach daran, dass ich mir die Bilder nicht genau angeschaut hatte. Tja, so wars halt.

Sauer, welcher seine ehrliche Meinung im Vorwort eines jeden Kataloges ausspricht.
