O site dizia que tinham stock, a UPS relatou que as caixas vinham vazias e que iam reportar ao remetente. Foi preciso elaborar um contrato assinado com o meu banco para queixa de fraude, para finalmente o remetente fosse obrigado a fazer o reembolso após um mês, que nem desculpa pediram. Vergonhoso, foi a minha primeira encomenda e nunca mais.
El producto es bueno. En mi caso, venía con un ruido y me reembolsaron el dinero sin problema. Unos profesionales.

Du matériel de qualité des prix attractif et une réactivité au top! J’ai déjà fait plusieurs commandes et à chaque fois je suis très satisfait.
J'ai commandé : REC0015688000 - Tie Audio TBT - 1 x ACC0005612000 -MUSIC STORE Adaptateur Mini 3,5/jack 6,3 pour mon Nord Stage 2EX afin de le rendre bluetooth avec des nouveaux écouteurs ACCENTUM Plus - SENNHEISER. La sonorité des écouteurs est très mauvaise avec le piano Nord Stage alors qu'elle est excellente avec mon Iphone. Je renvoie donc cet achat à MUSICSTORE
Etui guitare DE la marque fame. En peau DE serpent. Une quality DE dingue. La prs ne bouge pas d Un poil. Tres bien fini. Et livraison hyper rapide. Je recommande
All though the instrument took longer to arrive than stated ,it was very well packed and it arrived in perfect condition. How ever I was not impressed with UPS ,after nearly two weeks ,they kept telling me it was going to be delivered for 6 days in a row and after waiting in for 7 days ,it finally arrived. I am very pleased with my new guitar.
Instrument is aangekomen, de verpakking was ondermaats, half open en dit was verontrustend in welke staat het instrument zou zijn. Geen gebruiksaanwijzing en er zou hars meegeleverd worden, deze was er ook niet bij. Verder was het instrument vuil en is slecht afgewerkt. Wel goed dat er geen plastic bescherming en wel een alternatief als gebruikt papier. Mvg kris
