O site dizia que tinham stock, a UPS relatou que as caixas vinham vazias e que iam reportar ao remetente. Foi preciso elaborar um contrato assinado com o meu banco para queixa de fraude, para finalmente o remetente fosse obrigado a fazer o reembolso após um mês, que nem desculpa pediram. Vergonhoso, foi a minha primeira encomenda e nunca mais.
El producto es bueno. En mi caso, venía con un ruido y me reembolsaron el dinero sin problema. Unos profesionales.

Worst experience - buyer beware!!! This company/store is a scam...I made a $1500 purchase on April 9th that was supposed to be delivered April 21. When I noticed the tracking number stopped providing any updates for 3 weeks I notified the company on May 15, to which I received no repose. I emailed them again a week later to which they responded "we cannot expedite the package once it's shipped". I called the shipping carrier and they could not locate the package, telling me that since it originated outside of US, the sender has to file an inquiry for missing package. I've notified MusicStore again and was told they are looking into this matter and will send further details. Few weeks later still no communication from them, I've sent multiple requests to cancel order, refund the money, to which they just responded thank you for your order, there are no further details available. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company after I exhausted all avenues of communication with them. Save yourself a headache...
