Gut war, dass es kompetent und hilfreich war.
Gut war , dass ich sofort Hilfe per Telefon bekommen habe, nachdem in der Schweiz DPD unerkärliche Falschinformationen mehrfach über die bevorstehende Lieferung gegeben hatte.

Serviço péssimo, não recomendo. Fiz uma encomenda no dia 30 de maio de 2025 que deveria chegar a Portugal na semana seguinte. Hoje é dia 6 de julho e ainda não recebi a encomenda, mesmo depois de falar com a assistência ao cliente, estou há 1 mes e 6 dias a aguardar e já enviei um email a pedir o reembolso e não obtive qualquer resposta ao mesmo. É vergonhosa esta atitude, por este motivo não recomendo a MUSIC STORE pela falta de profissionalismo por ser inadmissível a falta de informação prestada e o excessivo tempo de entrega. 1 estrela! Não volto a comprar mais nada com esta empresa.

Ich bin Alt-Kunde
Ich bin Alt-Kunde, habe seit Jahren nichts mehr bestellt. Jetzt war es mal wieder soweit, Native Instruments hatte "Sommer Of Sale" und die Hardware war bei Musicstore Prof etwas günstiger. Schnelle Bearbeitung und auch als der Lieferdienst DPD Probleme machte, haben die vom Musicstore Team, das beschleunigt.
