You just can't buy this kind of service and advice. We were welcomed in, given all the time we needed, and bought the right kit for my son. The advice, knowledge and experience of these people is off the charts. The drum kits are set up and ready to play. We tried the different ranges and with no pressure were able to select exactly what we wanted. The team really did listen to what we wanted and helped guide us on our journey. I always say support the people who can make the purchase, proffesional, personal and exactly suited to your needs. We all need to support our local shops and gain the benefit of other people's knowledge and experience. Thank you music matters, we will be back.

Great customer service, I picked the wrong shipping option, they rang me to double-check I wanted delivery instead of collection, otherwise I would have had a long round trip to pick my order up. Item was exactly as described and arrived quickly. Highly recommended.

After extensive internet research, I concluded that Music Matter had some of the best reviews of customer service in the UK. They were also a main dealer of the product I bought so I felt confident, should I require after-sales support in the future. I had previously tried to get my item from another supplier, but they kept changing the date of delivery without informing me or giving a reason. I then seen Music Matter advertised so I checked them out. I ordered the item and recieved it within a couple of days. They were also cheaper than what I was going to pay to the original supplier. Great service and kept me informed all the way. Fantastic company. I will use again.
