The freaking system cannot understand that a customer wishes to update his shipping and billing addresses. I went through the cycle several times cancelling old addresses and entering new ones. And despite the confirmations of change it still displays the old addresses that are not valid anymore since I moved to a different state many years ago.
We all suffers because of these tariffs. I understand that they most likely do pass down to the customers, but can we at least split the cost of these stupid tariffs? to help both of us.
Great customer service. Couldn't find the correct Aptive male/female pairs, so called in and she helped me get every part number needed. Mouser will be my go to place for connectors from now on.
Absolutely phenomenal service, free shipping with express delivery worldwide, takes 4-5 days to get even to Antarctica. Perfect and careful packaging, a service that you can rarely find in 2025 with everyone cutting all corners.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's actually refreshing to hear a real person answer the phone. Both agents stayed on the phone and answered all my questions and them some. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. Please take note; Customer Service is a lost art, but not at Mouser Electronics.

I'll essentially continue using Digikey, Farnell, RS but will not longer be using Mouser Electronics.
I had used Mouser in the past when purchasing items for the companies I worked for. When I decided to purchase a few items for a hobby project that I was working on, the item was not delivered to the address. The parcel was received by a different person with a different name than mine and Mouser did not want to be accountable (when they are the ones choosing the courier and the recipient is clearly a different name from any of the people living in the house).
They were not interested in trying to solve this nor providing any steps. They already had the money, so couldn't care less along with the courier.
I ended up losing the money on the purchase and no items received altogether...

Je suis client professionnel Français et c'est une excellente entreprise pour la fourniture de composants électroniques, énorme choix, vente a l'unitée (économique pour les prototypes), site performant (un des rares sites ou les filtres correspondent a mes besoins et réduisent mes temps de recherches), tarif souvent inférieur, franco de port a 50€, livraison en 48heures.
Petit a petit je me détourne des fournisseurs européens/français qui hélas performant a une époque sont devenus inexorablement obsolètes.
Mouser black listed my small business for no reason
After many years of purchasing with mouser they decided to black list my company for no reason just “HIGH RISK after due diligence” and will refuse to tell me why. After many back and fourth conversations I was able to get ahold of someone that said to contact the (BIS) Bureau of Industry and Security. We were told that we aren’t on any government list and I searched the consolidated list and could not find my company on any list myself. I’m very disappointed that mouser would do this to a small business American company. Looks like we will have to purchase only through their competitors now as they’ve thrown out a loyal customer for no reason.
