Die Lieferzeit ist höllisch. Obwohl 4-5 Werktage angekündigt waren, wurde diese Zeit deutlich überschritten und ich habe deshalb eine E-Mail zur Stornierung der Bestellung gesendet. Aber es wurde ignoriert, die Bestellung wurde verschickt und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Dafür habe ich sehr hohe Transportkosten bezahlt. Auf meine Bitten (die Bestellung zu stornieren und dann Informationen zur Rücksendung anzufordern) erhielt ich zwischenzeitlich E-Mails ohne jeden Sinn. Die wiederholte Erklärung war, dass sie viele E-Mails erhalten und keine Zeit haben, sie zu lesen. Diese ganze Geschichte dauerte fast 2 Monate. Die Teile sind vermutlich gut, aber an der Lieferzeit und dem Kundenservice gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Awesome customer support
Recently, I ordered with MSP and there was a mix-up with the parts. After reaching out to their support, I was pleasantly surprised with the representatives. We were unable to resolve the issue with the parts due to time constraints on my part, but they were really helpful and quick to issue a refund when requested. I will definitely be ordering with them again.
