Die Lieferzeit ist höllisch. Obwohl 4-5 Werktage angekündigt waren, wurde diese Zeit deutlich überschritten und ich habe deshalb eine E-Mail zur Stornierung der Bestellung gesendet. Aber es wurde ignoriert, die Bestellung wurde verschickt und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Dafür habe ich sehr hohe Transportkosten bezahlt. Auf meine Bitten (die Bestellung zu stornieren und dann Informationen zur Rücksendung anzufordern) erhielt ich zwischenzeitlich E-Mails ohne jeden Sinn. Die wiederholte Erklärung war, dass sie viele E-Mails erhalten und keine Zeit haben, sie zu lesen. Diese ganze Geschichte dauerte fast 2 Monate. Die Teile sind vermutlich gut, aber an der Lieferzeit und dem Kundenservice gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

If you're looking for a spare part for a historic motorcycle and can't find it here, you're in a bad position. I ordered it on Tuesday night, lying under the bike, and on Saturday it was in my letterbox. 3 days delivery time - as promised. Great.
