Whilst I.love the bank do not trust their referrals scheme I made a referral.and got nothing despite it stating get 10.20.or 50 pounds we have done everything required and they are .not paying

The very best bank, I just hope they don't change and become like the others! Customer service is great, account management is easy, app is simple. Sending/receiving money works! I don't want anything special, just do what you say - and Monzo do!

Monzo singled me out and closed my bank account for no reason at all now excuse why made me feel like im not good enough closed my account on a big anniversary put me into depression. Launched a complaint 2 months ago no resolution had to leave my job due to depression, every time I call I seam to get the same woman Bella, she takes all my details ans tells me I've failed security everything I call. Complaints team are aware I suffer mental health issues witb anxiety and depression but no excuses or reason why I've been singled out Joke of a bank and customer service does not exist here. Good luck
