Monzo singled me out and closed my bank account for no reason at all now excuse why made me feel like im not good enough closed my account on a big anniversary put me into depression. Launched a complaint 2 months ago no resolution had to leave my job due to depression, every time I call I seam to get the same woman Bella, she takes all my details ans tells me I've failed security everything I call. Complaints team are aware I suffer mental health issues witb anxiety and depression but no excuses or reason why I've been singled out Joke of a bank and customer service does not exist here.
