I do not know where to start? The moment I notified this company of an accident I was told it was my fault as I was emerging from a side road, even though the vehicle that hit me did so on the wrong side of the road and crashed into me. I have been given the wrong information on several times, which has caused lots of stress. In addition to this I’ve emailed three times now to no response and a promise to get back to me in 24 hours. I’ve called to escalate this and they have no record of my emails! The whole process has been a shambles from the beginning. I’d avoid at all costs!

The process for insuring my car with MOJA Insurance was simple, effective and cost competitive. Thank you.

Sent an urgent message and received an auto reply to say they’d get back to me within 24 hours. This didn’t happen and I received a reply in very broken English four days later that didn’t address my query at all. Cancelled my policy as was within the 14 days of it starting. Terrible service.

Very good service easy to sort

Moja’s website won’t process requests to disable auto-renewal, and neither will their (supposedly) human support team. Expect threatening letters and attempts on your card if you try to leave.

For customer service so far! You complete a request for contact and they’re meant to respond within 24* 3 messages later and no communication yet and it’s urgent !! Nearly 48* waiting , very frustrating and disappointing Update: following this review , moja emailed me to inform me they couldn’t help anyway . I’m happy they called back but a shame they didn’t do it sooner as my query was time sensitive

It was very easy to get the insurance and the customer service are very helpful and respond quickly.

New customer of MOJA car insurance. Unfortunately I needed to bring forward the policy start date by a day due to an emergency hospital appointment. MOJA offer no way to speak to an advisor over the phone in this circumstance, the only way you can sort this is by an auto bot message, and told an email with a response time of 24 hours from the insurer, and due to this left me having to purchase a separate day insurance which was expensive. The only way you can contact this insurer via telephone is during an active claim I.e. if you have crashed your vehicle and are on the side of the road. MOJA will only take customer referrals via a message box, this is after going through a series of questions to validate your request. If I do find myself having to use this insurer for a claim, I will be anxious doing so just by the little communication with the insurer. However there online website offers clarity regarding your personal details, insurance policy etc. The price of the insurance was also very reasonable.

I found this company online. It was offering the same service for around £200 less than my renewal figure from the previous company. It was easy to sign up and I am confident with them.

I was looking for a reasonable price for my car insurance and this company has provided this for me,.

Non existent customer service , asked them to not auto renew , they ignored the system and went ahead to auto renew as they hold my card details. I cancelled the cover after they renewed it illegally and now they want to charge me £3.10 for cancelling, when they should have cancelled . They do not have any phone customer service . Your only option is an online form.

Sent an email on 1st September regarding not being able to locate policy or log into the online account, no replies 4 days later with reference 13398018 . Sent another message via 13441311
