New customer of MOJA car insurance. Unfortunately I needed to bring forward the policy start date by a day due to an emergency hospital appointment. MOJA offer no way to speak to an advisor over the phone in this circumstance, the only way you can sort this is by an auto bot message, and told an email with a response time of 24 hours from the insurer, and due to this left me having to purchase a separate day insurance which was expensive. The only way you can contact this insurer via telephone is during an active claim I.e. if you have crashed your vehicle and are on the side of the road. MOJA will only take customer referrals via a message box, this is after going through a series of questions to validate your request. If I do find myself having to use this insurer for a claim, I will be anxious doing so just by the little communication with the insurer. However there online website offers clarity regarding your personal details, insurance policy etc. The price of the insurance was also very reasonable.
