SCAMMERS!!! You paid initially €23 and after they asked you for €57. Completely SCAM!! Don’t trust them at all!! The modem never get unlocked.

Never again!

Never again! Bought unlocking service on 30/05/2025, now on 01/07/2025 they telling me "it appears that the unlock for this device has returned as blocked" and in normal cases like this no refund option is not available, but they can offer 50% refund...like WHAT???? I paid 69euro for what? And now telling me i cant get all my money back. Never ever again purchasing unlock code. If i knew it wont be in next 24-72hrs as shown on website - i wouldnt buy from them at all.

This is not a good company to go thru

This happened sometime last week I was looking for a company or some way to Carrier unlock my android I paid 2499 and when I activate the 249092 get the code or the download to do whatever I need to do I pushed a button and then they said I need another $54 right then I contact the customer service and I ask for a refund before they start working on the phone doing anything to the phone coming to find out that I didn't even need them to unlock in the day so I could use some device on my phone so I've been asking for days and days and days for a refund the other yesterday they sent me a email saying that I didn't need the phone unlocked or something back to unlocked it through my device but I couldn't get the refund I don't understand that because I asked for as soon as I paid I asked for my money back because They had already did work to the phone what work you didn't do anything then if you would have just stopped and getting my refund back we wouldn't be here but it's okay I'm gonna call you better bureau but I don't think what they did is right i wouldn't muss with this company they just out here raking peoples money and they don't tell you thd total cost because my thought was if I would of knew that I would have to pay another $54 I would of even spent the $24.99 and how do I know after I paid the $54 it wouldn't be another hidden cost how do you block a customer from emailing a company about the accounf are wanting a email this us not professional they're just getting peoples money with no refunds and not doing n e thing to there device which is a rip off
