SCAMMERS!!! You paid initially β¬23 and after they asked you for β¬57. Completely SCAM!! Donβt trust them at all!! The modem never get unlocked.

Shocking , still waiting -over 33 days for my phone to be unlocked . Does not answer any emails . The telephone number is never answered always the same message β¦currently receiving high call volumes . SCAM save your money and choose another company. First charge Β£12.99 then a further Β£34.99 to complete the checks !! 33 days later still waiting yet they give a 24-72 hr time frame for completion.

Advise not to use this company. Hidden charges
Appalling service. Website charges 23e and claims most unlocks are instant. 30 hours later I have received a further demand for payment of 57e to unlock the phone. There is no indication of additional charges when you sign up. I wish I had read the other reviews before I wasted 23e. It would have been far cheaper to just bring it to a phone shop. Avoid this company is my advice
