Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

CANCELLED MY ORDER DUE TO 'TECHNICAL ISSUE' - I.E. WOOPS WE GOT THE PRICE WRONG!
Order cancelled! What a joke - cancelled my order so left with PAC transferred and no contract!! Hi. We're sorry but due to a system issue, your order has been cancelled and the selected deal is no longer available. We have cancelled your order as quickly as possible, and a credit check has been completed, we are working towards removing this check from your credit file.

Awful service
Awful service. Ordered a phone through Money Saving Experts website for a contract phone. Got an email saying that Mobile Phones Direct has cancelled the order due to a failed security or credit check. How ever they refuse to give any details as to what specifically caused the failure. This wasn't even an expensive contract £15 a month and yet they clearly didn't want my business. Utterly dreadful. My credit is excellent AVOID AVOID
