Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

I ordered a refurbished iphone 12 contract for my son on May 14 2025 but it was not delivered. When I queried it, they said it was lost by DPD and that it will be investigated. Again, I reordered on 27 May 2025 and again it has not been delivered till date. No one has contacted me to provide feedback, cancelled or tells me what has happened to both orders. This company is a joke I suspect they are into something fishy. Please beware.
A great range of “Apple reconditioned iPhones “ I chose an iPhone 14, it was exactly the same as a new one. The choice of packages was excellent as well. The staff were very helpful. Buying technology when you are in senior years can be very fraught fun, however they made it easy for me to get the right package. A good company to deal with.
This has, AND STILL IS, the worst experience I have ever had in getting a NEW MOBILE PHONE (even though I am a PAST CUSTOMER). The amount of PROOF of who I am and where I live that I have had to produce and, even though O2 have informed me, FOUR DAYS AGO, that BOTH PHONE & AIRTIME TARRIFS HAD BEEN ACTIVATED, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY NEW MOBILE PHONE YET and have NO IDEA as to WHEN I WILL GET IT!!! From this experience, I WILL NEVER GET A NEW MOBILE PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER AGAIN.
Absolutely the BEST customer service EVER! I cannot praise or recommend this company enough. Polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Special shout out to Pearl and Chantelle. 😎
