Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

I ordered my new phone last week and it said it would arrive by 11th July. It is now 15th July and it still says that my phone is not in stock yet. I was not told the phone was out of stock before purchase and I have no idea when it will be in stock.
