The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one…

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

Since I pay for myself and my daughter…

Since I pay for myself and my daughter separately the cost savings really aren’t much different than other carriers. It’s negligible and mint mobile wants me to reach so having thought this over mint mobile is great for single but as soon as you add a household member who wants more data than I use and I will settle with the cheaper and my son has the unlimited plan . You don’t save any money and their far better choices that are more affordable family plans where you will have one bill and unlimited data . In closing right now I pay for myself and my son and my bill comes before my child bill . Basically , you get what you pay for but now that I have used mint mobile and I am in my second billing cycle . I will be looking to go to a different wireless carrier. Those are the facts folks and if your single but as add another family member to your household their are far better choices out there

NEW PHONE

I PHONED MINT TO MAKE SURE WAS WANT WAS NEEDED AFTER PURCHASING MY NEW CELL PHONE. MINT HANDLED EVERYTHING, I WAS READY TO GO. THANKS MINT VERY MUCH. MINT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO HELP, ME.

The start price was excellent

The start price was excellent. Made the switch easy. My wife and I are now both Mint users. Now if we could get Mint for our TV, we'd be all set.

Can't get a refund!

I got Mint Mobile in July 2021 and I have loved it. But I recently started traveling more and have had some issues with service. But my biggest issue is that I decided to move to another carrier that sold phones also (with better cameras than I had), but I had just made a full year payment to Mint in Dec (almost $400) and they will not refund ANY of the money to me! I used to recommend Mint to everyone and anyone but no more. They were great until they weren't.

Lousy when you need help

As with most internet only companies: it works until it does not. I am currently in South Africa and opted for the 10 days roaming package. However, it does not work at all. Zero. Tried to go to their homepage but does hardly work either. I was unable to log in. I called the help line (by Skype because remember, roaming does not work). They told me their system is down, too. It is only ridiculous at this stage. Cheaper than T-Mobile but you get what you pay for! Ryan Reynolds as Co-owner does not make this a shiny product. It is lousy.

Signed up for the $15/month plan and…

Signed up for the $15/month plan and when i checked out, saw they added a $15 service fee! Makes their service $20/month for 3 months!!! Good service but sneaky with fees!!! ADDENDUM: After calling, I was told the additional amount was for tax. All other call phones include tax in their monthly fees. Another sneaky trick! The rating stands

Voicemail not working

Voice-mail not working 100%, don't get any indication when there is a voicemail, people say they called and left a voicemail but there is none, and today, phone did not show incoming call when my pharmacy called and left voicemail to cancel vaccine appt, which I found out when I showed for appt, then told so, and no indicator of a message, but it was saved. I called Mint customer service 866-416-1125 and Rudy verified my name, phone and address, and after I explained the problems, got disconnected but he never called back. I had dealt with them before about this, about a month after I went back to Mint in july 2024.
