As it is my father's account with members first, I was concerned that his issue would not be dealt with by myself due to GDPR. Hello I need send money

I have been member of the credit union for 30 years now. Since my parents opening the account for me. I have got a few loans from them. I have found its cheaper to get a loan from bank of Ireland. Cars loans and personal loans. It's meant to be non profitable business. Banks can give cheaper loans and make profit.

Lauren was great. She was super courteous, patient and helpful. She helped me navigate the app transfer process whilst on the phone to transfer funds. The app could do with some enhancements to improve the user experience and intuitive / logical navigation. See AIB and Revolut for market leaders for financial app design. So a massive shout out to Lauren for her support.

Very helpful staff who were more than happy to make their process's as easy as possible. Clear communication and prompt replies.
