It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Great customer service (after delivery was stolen)
Evri was supposed to deliver my order, but this was just left on the doorstep & stolen within two minutes. Menkind asked me to complete paperwork - for the delivery company to investigate. Didn’t realise this hadn’t been received by the Customer Support Team (who were very helpful - thanks Mia). A second attempt by self has now triggered a full refund. Love the stock available from this company, as they offer some really quirky & fun items. However, just be aware to let the Evri driver know your options for any such delivery (as parcels have been known to be stolen). I’ve updated a review on their website as well.

Menkind and Evri both told me that my item had been delivered but upon checking the proof from Evri the package was not left in my bin nor was a card left to tell me and the delivery drive never came to my door as I have a ring doorbell that activates by motion

Only 1 notification of when delivery…
Only 1 notification of when delivery expected, 29th Jan-5th Feb. Parcel found in basement area this morning - No attempt to ring apparently and no card left. This is the usual Evri standard. Use a reliable carrier in future please, Ivan Ashford

Never again !!
Although my item itself is fantastic the delivery was awful .. I paid extra for next day delivery it didn't turn up .. I finally managed to contact someone who refunded me the fee I paid .. I explained that I was going away hence I had paid the extra .. well it turned up the next day once I was already 100 miles away .. it was left by evri outside in an unsecured place by the rime I got home 3 days later (thankfully it was still there) it was soaked feom where it had rained luckily despite it being electronic it was fine .. I will never order a delivery again although I will possibly still buy items from the shop itself as the item itself was amazing !!
