Blows The Competition Out Of The Water!
I decided after being ripped off by the likes of CEX and Music Magpie on numerous occasions in the past to try and find a Company offering a better deal for my nearly new Samsung phone. I have to be honest when Meelie Mobile came top on most of the comparison sites I hadn't even heard of them! They were offering way over the price of other Companies for my Samsung Z Fold 6 phone so I decided to go for it. My goodness they were brilliant. They didn't find the usual microscopic scratch that CEX would always manage to find and they paid me the full amount the same day they received my phone. Their communication was faultless throughout and I even got a follow up phone call from them confirming my payment had been made. I will definitely use them again. A great Selling experience.

Quote high to get your business then lowball you
Send them a phone with the lightest of scratches on the screen 2mm only visible very close up with absolutely immaculate condition everywhere else. They then send you a very harsh "CCTV" image of a soiled screen and the boiler plate email with "we have therefor classed the condition as Working-Fair" which is absolutely ridiculous. By this standard only freshly out of the box phones are "Working-good". Luckily I had close up photos of the phone which I took before sending it to them to avoid this kind of nonsense and sent to them in reply. Unfair business practice to reel customers in with high valuation when they well know they have no intention of honouring it and hoping you just accept their offer to avoid the hassle.
