Made The Best Offer and Kept To It
Meelie made the best offer price for my device, Samsung 21 FE 5G, so I accepted their offer and arranged to send it to them. After sending it I started to worry after reading some reviews on Google that they would not keep to their offer price. I had been scammed before with a different recycler in this way. They received the old phone on 25 September, inspected it and sent payment the same day with no problems, for their offer price. So, word kept and to me that's vital. For my experience I can only give them five stars.

Disappointed!
Gosh - really disappointed. My phone has never been out of its gell cover. I've received a photo of a completely different phone. I phoned to discuss it with an advisor. Was on hold for 18 minutes and then was cut off. My phone is being returned to me out of principle.
