Wouldn’t accept a brand new iPhone 16…
Wouldn’t accept a brand new iPhone 16 pro max for no reason, the service was woeful, they asked me to provide a imei number, where the phone was bought from my address when the phone was bought, all this was provided then they turned around and said still not good enough, so wasted £11 on postage sending to them, the service was rude, I would avoid as it’s far from quick and reliable. Would avoid at all costs!!!

100% would use again
This is the second time I’ve used this company and all I can say is it been a breeze, granted I’ve sent 1 phone on two occasions which have been mint so your experience may vary but it’s been quick, one of the best prices and reliable and with email updates. I’ve used UR for example and they were awful and took a week to be paid and had crap customer service. I got paid the day after they received the phone both times with meelie mobile and they’ve been amazing. I would only use Meelie and the OG mazumba and Meelie pay more. 100% will use again.

Avoid if you don’t want to be lowballed
My device was in brilliant condition with only minimal paint chipping on the camera surrounds (common) which would absolutely be considered as light wear and tear which meets the requirements for the condition selected. I was then offered nearly £100 less than what was shown at the time of submission. I have requested my device back and will avoid going forward.
