Great service
Received a generous (way better than some) offer for a well used phone. Communication was great and a really fast turnaround from sending it (Thursday) to payment (Monday) and even a courtesy call to advise payment had been made.

Disgusting AVOID
Sold an iPhone SE on behalf of my retired father and was originally offered Β£42, upon them receiving the phone he was then offered Β£5 due to scratches and cosmetic damage. Fortunately I had taken photos of the phone and packaging I it sent in so I have proof of how it looked before they received it. I was told to email them and they would get back to me when they could. Overall terrible experience so far and no signs of improvement. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I traded in my s22 ultra with a brokenβ¦
I traded in my s22 ultra with a broken screen with a different company however they refused it and sent it back. I then tried a trade in with Meelie and honestly the service has been brilliant, they confirmed receipt of the phone, accepted it and made payment straight away, the money was in my account within a day of them receiving my phone and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will 100% be using them in future.
