What a scam company

Sent my Samsung a56 5g was told it was £70 they were offering me I got an email saying it had scratches on screen and on lens and a small crack my phone was immaculate as it was check by Vodafone and found with no problems this is a total scam would never use them again the offer they were giving was £12 it’s clear there scam people on price so they can make a profit Here is the order number M9165475

What a SCAM

What a SCAM these people are. The offer price is very attractive hence drawing you in. Their ‘technical’ assessment of your product is farcical and follows a simple process to invent defects that are not there and greatly reduce the offer price to a ridiculous level that is totally unacceptable.
