Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents Criminal Investigation
The Metropolitan Police are investigating Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents who continue to post hundreds of fake reviews, hundreds of other TrustPilot users have seen their reviews removed. Care of The Metropolitan Police, posted from multiple victims of Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents and their other 25 different named companies as evidenced on these Trustpilot pages... Due to the violence of Martyn Gerrard’s debt collectors victims give this Metropolitan Police Evidence anonymously as the victims have children to protect. Martyn Gerrard Estate agents and it’s various other names such as North London Network, Block Management and Greyclyde Investments are reported hundreds of times on Trust Pilot as organised criminals, it's accounts are misleading and false. For example Martyn Gerrard send out "late payment fees" "Ballance carried forward" statements / invoices, those fraudulent accounts by Simon Gerrard, Matthew Wheeler & Paula Macmurdie show no date of when the "late payment" or "Ballance carried forward" first occurred. By concealing dates of payments Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents can bank payments, and simply lie and say the payments were not received, it's fraud to create "late payment” and such arrogant dishonesty causes the victims to become subject to debt & homelessness, and years of legal costs defending their homes from these criminals. Martyn Gerrard Estate agents defraud property owners & renters by sending small print invoices with terms that have not been agreed, and they are unable and unwilling to explain how their computer system keeps making the same errors, identical to The Post Office scandal who have used the same Horizon & Fujitsu program to store and alter accounts, only to defraud the victims of their life savings & their homes. The Metropolitan Police have now been sent forensic evidence of systemic false accounting by Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents who also trade under the names Block Management, Greyclyde Investment, North London Network, where multiple victims are coming forward to give evidence to the serious fraud officers at The Metropolitan Police. TO REPORT Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents and their other companies, Block Management, Greyclyde Investments, North London Network, CONTACT West Finchley Police, Sergeant Stuart Hopkins, and help put these fraudsters in prison. A recent comment from Martyn Gerrard says they want to report this to The Metropolitan Police, go right ahead, maybe the Police will look at all the Martyn Gerrard Accounts on the computers, including North London Network, Block Management, Grey Clyde Investments, maybe The Police can also look into their money laundering at Natwest Bank...If the police need anything else we are here to put the crooks at Martyn Gerrard before a judge and jury, hundreds of similar reviews on Trust Pilot exposing these crooks for what they are. The Metropolitan Police have been sent this evidence and are invited to look long and hard at the hundreds of fake Martyn Gerard Estate Agent Reviews composed by them and compare those forensically to the hundreds of Martyn Gerrard victims on these TrustPilot pages saying the accounts of Martyn Gerrard are fraudulent...check the computers of Martyn Gerrard, North London Network, Block Management & Greyclyde Investments, and look at their incoming emails...Hope this evidence will help the Metropolitan Police ...
