Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He “generously” — that’s sarcasm — offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Viewings/flat letting

We are all aware that viewers/viewings is quite an uncomfortable experience from the current tenant who’s moving out. But Finley O'Sullivan Lettings Negotiator at Chelsea office made this experience enjoyable. He was truly exceptional – highly professional, patient, Kind and knows how to carry himself to the extend that I shared my direct contact details with him, letting him know he's welcome to reach out anytime should he need to acces the property. He also provided all the detailed information the prospective tenant needed which convinced her to rent the flat.

Very impressed by genuine interest in client

We had been searching quite intensively for a property to rent, and had met with several estate agents. Ella was one of the most helpful by far, very professional and proactive, with a keen and genuine interest in her client. She did not simply take us through her list of properties, as many others did. She has a talent for asking the right questions and making shrewd observations so that she can identify a property which is a true match and a happy one. Very imressed by her dedication and human warmth.

Our house was rented out in one viewing

Being complete novices at playing landlords, we had an excellent experience letting out our London house with Marsh & Parsons. We contacted a few estate agents, and M&P were the most forthcoming agency. They came to see us quickly and - most importantly - quoted so correctly and realistically that our house got rented out after one single viewing! Joe Kayill and Sam De Freine (from the Brixton branch) were super professional and always available to answer questions. Hadaya Halali helped us with the accounting side, which was rather confusing and needed a few updates. Darcy Clifford is now managing our property. She has been attentive, quick, and kind. We've been so well looked after that I suspect our tenants would say the same thing about the M&P team!
