Broken Pure Scooter screen fixed whilst i waited!

Arranged to take my broken Pure escooter up on Wed 16th July due to the screen not staying on, the guys were brilliant, they did a diagnosis and they discovered it was actually a new screen which was needed. Took them an hour whilst i waited. I had explained that i was needing it for the weekend and had drove from Nottingham to Leeds. Would defo recommend and use them again. thank you so much!!

When you come across great operational AND customer service

When I contacted them by phone, started to describe the issue with my Grandson's E Scooter ... within seconds the person completed what the issue was! Clearly, therefore, they'd experienced this issue so this gave me great confidence that they were what they said they were as opposed to a more general electronics repair business. I asked if I could bring it to their unit straight away, they were very pleased for me to do that. So within 30 minutes I was there, the issue was confirmed, I was given a solution and it's price and told it would take about 45 minutes. Despite them clearly being busy, they said they would do it whilst I waited; in the event, it was fixed and working in about 30 minutes. Their Unit is a little difficult to locate but when I rang, they told me if I had any difficulties, to just call them. As it turned out, I was actually about 500 metres away but they walked that distance so I could see him! Great customer-centric philosophy. In conclusion ... great operational capability combined with great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Man Firth without hesitation and I wish them well for the future.

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired…

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired with Manfirth after I had left it almost 3 weeks with another company, who had not sourced the problem/fault. As a business owner myself it’s paramount to keep your customer updated by answering calls and texts. All of which Manfirth did. E-scooter repaired in less than 2 days. Very impressed.

Damaged in transit.

I had fitted the item, but it had damage from being stored. Contacted the company and they were extra helpful and sorry I had issues with the product. They handled the situation without any hassle of problem and made the whole issue not a problem at all. Customer service is A1.

Bad customer service

Hi to whom it may concern my name is Angel martinez .I recently placed an order for a nami blast I didn't know I was placing a pre order as I must have missed that information I could had ordered anywhere else but I chose you because of my previous interactions with the team at the leeds shop it was a great experience in the past.I currently own a kugo g booster who's been through he'll and back I was hoping I could get help on getting that fix with you guys and possibly get to borrow some old one you guys may have till I could get back on the road with my own none of the above was available called to talk to someone who totally messed the loyalty I had to you guys and threw it in the trash in a 3 minute phone call it is now 22/04/2023 and I still have no tracking or my order and I need the scooter for motility.

Took my E-bike in to be looked it as…

Took my E-bike in to be looked it as the motor has stopped working. Was expecting them to push a hard upsell rather than bother with a repair but to my surprise, it was sorted the next day. At a very reasonable cost too! Good Lads (and good doggo too) :)
