Choose your items carefully, EXPENSIVE to return!
I've bought from this company many times over the years and it's mostly been positive. The website is easy to navigate and their size guides are somewhat close to actual size but not always. I wish they would improve on returning items. Refund is no issue but you foot the whole bill to send back. It ends up being quite expensive if you have to return something to them as you are paying the full private tracked postage cost yourself which wipes out any kind of saving you think you are making. The cheaper clothing item size guides will be the most off regarding fitting, sometimes a large size will end up fitting like a medium, the cheaper clothes are also not of fantastic durability and after a couple of washes will be unwearable with shrinking. You need to stick with more known brand names which are much better. The multi pack mens t shirt deals can be really good plus hoodies, boxers and summer shorts, socks. Outside of the basics your taking a bigger risk of getting something that won't fit. I would be very cautious about purchasing jeans or shoes for example, I did once and wouldn't do it again as it's pure hassle sending it back as postage is very expensive on you and leaves you with a negative experience, especially if it's a single item you got so sending it back costs you a fortune in the end when delivery of item also factored in. My review is mixed I know but MandM can be just that, both good and a let down. What I do know is it could be so much better if they binned off the cheap items for more expensive base entry items but all fully trustworthy and gave a cheaper return process to customers.
