Got told Tuesday my 75 pound winter bonus from the government would show in my app today, just spoken to them, they have changed to next week, they be gaining more interest on this money and letting their vinery customers freeze,avoid this clowns

The worst ever supply

The worst ever supply. I been discounted my heating and hot water more than two weeks because of their fault engineering fixed the smart meter. I have priority as shown in their system( have 2 children under 5years and some others had asthma). Finally my housing association helped me to sort the fault out.

£100 a week on gas been trying to sort this since February finally got someone to come out and change meter waited in all day for them not to come rearranged for 2 days later waited in again for them not to show worst company ever worst mistake changing my gas and electricity supplier

Poor service and never phone us

Crappy firm waiting in all day for someone to come out all day when I get hold of them to be told it was cancelled but did not let me know 6 months now and they say no one in my area and not taking bookings phone bk in 2 weeks thank god I ain't got a gas leak thank god I'm leaving them avoid like a rash

Absolutely appalled by these…

Absolutely appalled by these tricksters. Customer services may be all charm and smarm reeling in potential customers but as soon as they believe they have snared a customer they take a chunk of money from the customers account. They have just taken £400 from a young couple who have just moved to a new rental property and are expecting a baby. They are now skint and have only occupied the property for a few days. I am contacting the tabloid newspapers and Martin Lewis, as well as Ofgem. Please do not be swindled by these thieves. They are charging you for their service, when you are better off registering with an independent electricity company. Please do not be swayed by the likes of 'Lachlan' from customer services( if indeed that is his real name!) with his shpeel that he is reading from the computer monitor in front of him, exploiting the public for his own commission for each customer he snares. They will leave your bank account dry and then tell you ''oh well, you agreed to our terms'', what terms are those Lachlan? ''For us to take wads of cash off you and threaten to cut your electricity supply off if you don't comply''. Oh and if you are a female customer who has communicated with them on behalf of a male/female couple, this narcassist will patronise you and tell you he will speak to your male partner because 'HE understands'. This company are abhorant and they are racking up bad karma by the truck load.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, worse company ever, even worse then the police, i went 2 p overdrawn, topped up straight away, still didnt work so tried manually, didnt work, phoned up, on hold 90 minutes get told wait two hours to box resets, told her i want to leave, said put me through to someone else, phone rung once, it said thanks for using my utility goodbye then cut me off,its only reason this company has customers, they refuse to let you leave, worse i have ocd and am meant to avoid stress, ive just had an anciety attack brought on by these cowboys, i explained my food will be no good by now and i need electric for my fish, she said o well nothing i can do. Avoid this company at all costs how they treat a customer for accidentally going 2 p overdrawn, plus if you need help good luck phoning them, takes between one and two hours to get through, half the time you on hold ages and phone goes dead.

Honestly don’t waste your time with…

Honestly don’t waste your time with this company, Jonathan is literally the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolute rip off and cannot understand how this company is still going. Supposed to support you to get discounts but when I said I could get a better quote else where he got really abusive. My biggest advice to anyone is to go to a different company where you will be supported and approached.

Being a senior citizen Jon at manage my utilities was very patient and helpful, found me the best deal ever and took all the stress and worry away from me and for that I will be forever grateful.

As a business owner you have plenty of things to do, sorting out your energy prices is a minefield, Jon took all that away and dealt with it all. The service was second to none and saved our business a lot of money. Highly recommend
