The worst ever supply. I been discounted my heating and hot water more than two weeks because of their fault engineering fixed the smart meter. I have priority as shown in their system( have 2 children under 5years and some others had asthma). Finally my housing association helped me to sort the fault out.
£100 a week on gas been trying to sort this since February finally got someone to come out and change meter waited in all day for them not to come rearranged for 2 days later waited in again for them not to show worst company ever worst mistake changing my gas and electricity supplier
Crappy firm waiting in all day for someone to come out all day when I get hold of them to be told it was cancelled but did not let me know 6 months now and they say no one in my area and not taking bookings phone bk in 2 weeks thank god I ain't got a gas leak thank god I'm leaving them avoid like a rash
