Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

Ordered an e-SIM, payment cleared, but I received nothing. Not even a confirmation email. Wrote to customer service, but other than the automatic response, no answer. I'm going to my bank to get my money back. Truly awful company. I paid for something and got nothing. They're literally scammers. Edit: As you can see, they reply to reviews, but don't let that fool you. It's part of the scam to pretend they care. They don't. I sent them the information they requested within minutes, received no acknowledgement, no response, no help. Nothing, and it's been days. Update: They finally resolved the issue, which I still don't understand why was an issue in the first place. I ordered an eSIM specifically so I don't have to wait for postage and shipping, it was supposed to be basically instant, but instead it took weeks. I should've gone with a physical SIM through the mail, it would have been much faster.
Jag har försökt få kontakt med Lyca i ca 5 timmar idag Det roligaste var när jag suttit i Live-chatt kö i 1h 44min för att sedan bli bortkopplat så fort jag kom fram till en agent. tydligen hade man bara 13 sekunder på sig att beskriva sina problem innan dom sa att jag var inaktiv för länge.

The price is affordable. However, the network quality is poor, the personal login page and the renew plan is not friendly and sometimes not working, the customer service is not that much helpful, the solution provided is delayed or totally poor, and you do not provide refunds on time or at all, I have to call each month for the same problem, and I have to wait an hour to talk to the customer services.
Sämst, jag hade den här abonnemang med 99 kronor, ingen internet, försvann plötsligt. Rekommenderar inte.Katastrof.

Tog ett 99 kr abb, fick inte igång det, supporten kunde inte hjälpa mej, satt i kö i mer än 40 min. Skulle få pengarna tillbaka, det tar 5-7 arbetsdagar...fortfarande inte fått några pengar. Dom skyller på min bank. Nä är det för bra för att va sant så är det oftast det ! Jag recommender INTE detta bluff företag
Terrible Experience with Lycamobile eSIM I bought a Lycamobile eSIM ahead of my trip to Sweden, thinking it would be a convenient option. I registered and paid all the required fees, but the eSIM never worked — no internet, no incoming or outgoing calls, not even access to Lycamobile's own support number. I tried contacting customer service by email and received no response at all. I needed internet access urgently while in France, but the service completely failed me. It feels like a scam — everything looked fine until the payment was complete, then nothing worked. Very disappointing. I do not recommend Lycamobile, especially for travelers relying on eSIMs.
